Seasonal Glow Boxes

  • Ships quarterly (March, June, September, December)
  • Always free shipping
  • Processed within 2-3 business days
  • Delivery in 5-7 business days

Coverage & Restrictions

  • All 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico
  • Cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
  • No international shipping currently available
  • Tracking provided via email when shipped

Returns & Replacements

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on skincare products.

Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept opened or used cosmetic and skincare products for return or exchange.

What We Offer

  • Damaged items: Full replacement at no cost
  • Incorrect items: We'll send the correct product
  • Missing items: Immediate replacement shipment
  • Quality issues: Product defects will be replaced

Cannot Replace

  • Products you simply don't like
  • Products used completely before reporting issues
  • Products damaged due to misuse or storage
  • Products past 60 days from delivery date

How to Request a Replacement

Email support@milesandmoon.com with photos of the issue. Most requests are approved within 24 hours.

Cancel anytime before your next box ships

Cutoff dates: Last day of February, May, August, November
