Subscription

How much does the subscription cost?

The Glow Box is $35 bimonthly. We also offer prepaid plans: $100 for six months (3 boxes) or $190 for a full year (6 boxes). Prepaid subscriptions do not automatically renew.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged approximately two weeks before each bimonthly shipment to ensure timely delivery. Prepaid subscriptions are a one-time charge and do not automatically renew.

What's included in each box?

Each Glow Box contains 2-7 full and travel-size products from science-first brands, plus an original ingredient tarot card, seasonal science brand guide, and early access to capsule drops.

Can I customize my box?

Currently, our boxes are expertly curated based on seasonal skin needs. We're working on customization options for future releases.

Can I skip a delivery?

Yes, you can skip any delivery by contacting us at least two weeks before the billing date. For prepaid subscribers, please contact us before the 10th of the shipping month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime by emailing us at care@milesandmoon.com. Please cancel at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

Shipping

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship bimonthly (every other month). You'll receive tracking information once your box ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free for all Miles & Moon subscription boxes within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! Contact us at care@milesandmoon.com with your new address. Please update your address at least one week before your box ships to ensure proper delivery.

Returns & Support

What's your return policy?

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
