Yes, you can skip any delivery by contacting us at least two weeks before the billing date. For prepaid subscribers, please contact us before the 10th of the shipping month.
You can cancel anytime by emailing us at care@milesandmoon.com. Please cancel at least two weeks before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

Yes! Contact us at care@milesandmoon.com with your new address. Please update your address at least one week before your box ships to ensure proper delivery.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare products. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.
