About Subscription

How often will I receive my box?

You'll receive your Seasonal Glow Box four times a year, aligned with the equinoxes and solstices (March, June, September, and December).

What's inside each box?

Each Seasonal Glow Box is curated using our Triple Moon Formula, a philosophy that celebrates discovery through three exceptional products from three distinct boutique and heritage houses. Inside, you'll discover:

Three full-size formulations, scientifically elegant and ritually composed: Carefully selected from both established boutique brands and innovative emerging lines. Each product is chosen for its science-backed formulation and ability to address seasonal skin needs, creating a complete ritual of cleansing, treatment, and protection.

Three Original Tarot Cards: Custom-illustrated cards that correspond to each product, adding intention and mindfulness to your skincare practice.

Detailed Brand & Science Guide: An elegant insert revealing the story behind each brand, the science of the key ingredients, and expert guidance on incorporating these luxurious products into your seasonal routine.

Night Perfume: A boutique fragrance to elevate your evening ritual, perfectly sized for nightstand or travel.

Can I customize my box?

Currently, our boxes are expertly curated based on seasonal skin needs. We're working on customization options for future releases.

What if I have sensitive skin?

Every product we curate is selected with sensitive skin in mind. We prioritize gentle, science-informed formulations with minimal harsh ingredients. However, we recommend patch testing new products before full use.

Pricing & Billing

How much does the subscription cost?

The Seasonal Glow Box is $60 per quarter. You'll be charged before each seasonal shipment. We also offer a prepaid annual subscription for $220. Annual subscriptions do not automatically renew.

When will I be charged?

You'll be charged approximately two weeks before each seasonal shipment to ensure timely delivery. Prepaid annual subscriptions are a one-time charge and do not automatically renew.

Can I skip a season?

Yes, you can skip any season by contacting us at least two weeks before the billing date. For prepaid annual subscribers, please contact us before the 10th of the shipping month.

Do you offer gift subscriptions?

Yes! Gift subscriptions are $65 for a one-time seasonal box or $240 for a prepaid annual gift subscription (four seasonal boxes). Each gift box includes a personalized, handcrafted card with your message, making it the perfect thoughtful present for the skincare enthusiast in your life.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

What's your return policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on skincare products. Due to health and safety regulations, we're unable to accept opened or used cosmetic and skincare products for return or exchange. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no cost to you.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship quarterly in March, June, September, and December. You'll receive tracking information once your box ships.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is always free for all Miles & Moon subscription boxes within the United States.

Account & Subscription Management

How do I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription directly through your Miles & Moon account. Log in to update your shipping address, view order history, skip a season, or manage your billing information. You can also contact us at support@milesandmoon.com or call (831) 246-6840.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by contacting us at support@milesandmoon.com. Please cancel before the last day of February, May, August, or November to avoid being charged for the upcoming box.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes! Simply log in to your account and update your shipping address. Please make changes at least one week before your box ships to ensure proper delivery. You can also email us at support@milesandmoon.com with your new address.

How do I access my account?

Visit milesandmoon.com/account and log in with the email address you used to subscribe. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it from the login page. New subscribers will receive an account activation email after their first purchase.
